Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and send your order details via WhatsApp. Our team will confirm your order, provide total cost, and arrange delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery (COD) for all orders. You pay when your perfume arrives at your doorstep. We may also accept bank transfers for larger orders.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes! Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to modify your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders throughout Jordan, no minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1-2 business days in Amman and suburbs, and 2-3 business days for other cities across Jordan. Orders placed before 2 PM are typically processed the same day.
How is my perfume packaged?
We take great care in packaging. Your perfume is wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a sturdy box, and sealed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging is also suitable for gifting.

How do I know if a perfume will suit me?

What's the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%) and lasts longer (6-8 hours). Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter (5-15% concentration) and lasts 3-5 hours. EDP is generally more intense.
How should I store my perfume?
Store perfumes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep them in their original boxes when possible. Avoid bathrooms as humidity can affect the fragrance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window for unopened products in original condition. The product must have intact seals and packaging. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return.
Can I return an opened perfume?
Unfortunately, no. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes. We only accept returns of unopened products with intact seals.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
